I started yoga when I was 15 and haven't stopped. Yoga has contributed to my mental and physical health whilst shaping me into the confident woman I am today. My awareness of social issues facing our communities also influences where I want to go as a teacher. I try to work with people who I think would benefit from yoga most. At the moment I work with schools, charities and the public at gyms and studios.

My vision is a world where everyone is healthy, happy and at ease with themselves. My mission is to be accountable, inclusive and to have fun during our practice! I believe that if we are more at ease with ourselves we not only perceive the world a better place, but we are enabling a better community and therefore society to develop and flourish around us.
